Current Construction Schedule
As of March 2019, Cannon is 90% complete with the work. We are completing finishes in all buildings and sitework on the exteriors. Our current projected completion is late Spring, early Summer 2019.

Jordan Downs Phase 1A is the first of seven phases of the Jordan Downs redevelopment. This phase consists of twelve garden style buildings, 115 units, a community room and a park.
