What’s Open?

Restaurants, barber shops, and hair salons may now choose to reopen, but under specific guidelines. For example, hair salons and barber shops may only serve one client at a time, and everyone must wear a face covering. Nail salons and businesses providing spa or massage services, or other “close-contact services,” remain closed. Restaurants may operate at 60% capacity, but their bar areas remain closed.
