May 20, 2019 was the groundbreaking of the 103rd Street Streetscaping Project Phase 2.
It is an $836,960 investment, which will bring:
✅6 pedestrian lights at Florence Griffith Joyner Elementary,
?54 street trees,
✅20,000 square feet of repaired sidewalk,
✅7 upgraded curb ramps,
✅8 high visibility crosswalks, &
✅200 feet of curb and gutter
to 103rd Street in #Watts!
